This line was used for large commercial windows and smaller residential windows. The washer is labeled 2.2 meter ( 85″ ) so everything should be capable of that height. I think the sealing robot is capable of up to 3800mm ( 150″ ) long.
The line has a Bystronic Cartwheel extruder, so you can run box metal/alum spacers. It also has a flip table (vertical/horizontal) where you can apply super spacer by hand. It doesn’t autoapply the superspacer. Both types, were run on this equipment. Primarily aluminum spacer for rectangles and superspacer for shapes.
The line is complete and is operational but is not producing any product at this time.
