Variable washing speed from 0 to 26 fpm (2hp, 220/440v, 3ph).

Brushes are driven by (4) 1hp, 440v, 3ph motors.

Glass rides on rubber covered rollers through washer.

All three sets of rollers (infeed, outfeed & washer rollers) are driven by the same 2hp motor.

Infeed section is 103 in. wide x 60 in. long with 87 in. long rollers.

Outfeed section is 103 in. wide x 90 in. long with 87 in. long rollers.

Washer is equipped with (4) stainless steel water recirculation tanks (each has a 3/4hp, 208-230/440-480v, 3ph motor).

Each motor powers a 13 GPM pump

Stainless steel top cover with motorized raise / lower functions.

Washer system is also equipped with hibernation mode and automatic shut off on the heaters in low or no water conditions.

Allen Bradley programmable controller allows operator to set up for a particular product size and allows for auto cycle and manual modes of operation.

Free-standing control cabinet houses the Allen Bradley Pro-Face touch screen control, temperature controls for water heater and the start / stop switches.

Includes free-standing blower cabinet for drying the glass (top & bottom drying).
